Terms of Service

By using BLKMKT (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

You must be 18+ to create an account. Business accounts must be authorized by an owner or designated representative of the business.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

No spam, harassment, discriminatory content, illegal activity, scraping at scale, or attempts to circumvent rate limits and security. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules at our discretion.

Businesses on BLKMKT are responsible for their own information, hours, pricing, and fulfillment. We verify identity but don't guarantee any specific outcome.

Orders are processed via Apple Pay + Stripe. Standard chargebacks, refunds, and disputes follow Stripe's normal flow. Points earned from orders have no cash value.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it through the Service.

Either of us can end this agreement at any time. If you delete your account, your data follows the timeline in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.
