Privacy Policy

Account info (name, email, handle), order and payment details, delivery addresses, photos, videos and audio you upload, captions, comments, reviews, messages to businesses, search history, location (with permission, for nearby businesses and check-ins), device identifiers, diagnostics, and app usage events.

To provide the Service: show you businesses in your market, process orders, award points, send transactional emails. We use aggregated analytics to make the app better.

Stripe for payments. Supabase for hosted database. Anthropic and analytics providers we name in our data processing addendum (available on request). Ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) only if you opt in (see Advertising pixels below). We don't sell your data.

You can request, correct, or delete your data at any time. In-app: Profile → Delete account. By email: hello@blkmktplace.co. You have seven days to cancel an in-app deletion request by signing back in. Permanent deletion begins after that grace period. We remove your account, posts, uploaded media, comments, reviews, and messages, and revoke Sign in with Apple access where applicable. Cleanup retries if a service is temporarily unavailable. Payment providers may retain transaction records as required by law; backup copies expire under our backup retention schedule.

On the web, we use a small set of cookies for session management and anonymous analytics. The iOS app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.

We load no ad pixels by default. If we run launch ads, we ask first: an in-page prompt lets you allow or decline ad pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google), and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an automatic no. Decline and nothing ever loads. If you allow them, those platforms receive limited usage data (page views and sign-up events) solely so we can run our own BLKMKT ads, never to sell your data. Change your mind anytime: clear this site's data in your browser, or email privacy@blkmktplace.co and we'll clear it for you.

BLKMKT is not directed at children under 13. If we discover we've collected data from a child, we delete it promptly.
